3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, including story ideas, characters, and other creative inputs you provide.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI based on your inputs is licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may publish, sell, or distribute works created using our Service.

Platform Rights: We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our Service and AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

If you publish content to our Marketplace:

  • You grant us a license to display and distribute your content on the platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to publish the content
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or receives complaints

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or content
  • Interruption of service
  • Content generated by the AI that may be inaccurate or inappropriate

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your content for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
